Jack Dorsey prognostiziert einen Bitcoin-Preis von über 1 Million Dollar bis 2030

Jack Dorsey predicts Bitcoin price to exceed $1 million by 2030

Jack Dorsey's prediction for Bitcoin until 2030

Jack Dorsey, CEO of Block and former CEO of Twitter (now X), has predicted that the price of Bitcoin could reach “at least a million dollars” by 2030. Dorsey, a prominent Bitcoin proponent, bases his prediction on the growing collaborative ecosystem surrounding Bitcoin, where contributions from different participants improve the overall system and increase its value.

He agrees with other experts like Cathie Wood, who also predict that Bitcoin could reach or exceed a million-dollar valuation within this decade, especially as institutional investors begin to treat it as "digital gold."

Jack Dorsey's commitment to Bitcoin and decentralization

Dorsey emphasizes Bitcoin's intrinsic value beyond its price, particularly its censorship-resistant properties, which he sees as crucial. Since leaving his position at Twitter, Dorsey has increasingly focused on Bitcoin and related technologies, including Nostr, a decentralized social media protocol.

He admires Nostr for its potential to preserve the principles of decentralization. His company Block has promised to reinvest 10% of its Bitcoin-related revenue back into buying more Bitcoin, showing its commitment to the cryptocurrency's growth.

Dorsey's promotion of decentralized networks

In addition, Dorsey has financially supported Bitcoin and Nostr through donations, signaling his belief in decentralized networks as fundamental to ensuring freedom and transparency. This belief stems from his experiences at Twitter, where he experienced challenges related to the platform's centralized structure.

Through his prediction and investments, Dorsey advocates for a global financial system based on cryptographic security rather than traditional centralized intermediaries, and underscores his vision of Bitcoin's significant role in this future architecture.
